I moved to Riyadh almost a month ago and my life so far has been just office and my flat 
can anyone help me finding some friends and any fun

Welcome to Riyadh, as long as you manage to keep a positive state of mind, Saudi life has a lot to offer to expatriates.
Answer to your having "any fun" part of comment, I suggest you forget this chapter for some time until you manage to build up a lot of networking, be patient, fun will come with time.
Lots of Indians and Pakistanis are around who would make you feel at home, do take this opportunity to mix with Arabs and other nationalities to enjoy and understand their way of doing things. (sounds rude?)
