Bahrain: a stable and easy choice

Bahrain now ranks 4th among the top expat destinations worldwide, as revealed by the 8th HSBC Expat Explorer Survey report which has been published this Wednesday 23rd of September 2015. The country is preceded by Singapore, New Zealand and Sweden over 39 countries. During this survey, a total of 21,950 expats have been interviewed on quality living, financial well-being and the ease of raising a family abroad during.

Bahrain is said to be a stable and easy choice for expats, especially for the warm welcome and smooth transition it provides. The country is also popular for its economic and tax advantages. Indeed, 70% of interviewees claim that they are now able to make more savings while 68% of them enjoy more disposable income.

Despite high housing costs, other costs of living such as utility bills are cheaper. In fact, 86% of interviewees believe that Bahrain is an improving destination for expatriates, allowing a better move and integration.

As regards expat parents, 65% of interviewees claim that their children are now enjoying a better quality living and well-being.
