translation of passport and identification card to Vietnamese

I need to have my passport and identification card translated to Vietnamese and notarized. any suggestions on where to have this done as well the cost?

I did similar things, translation of driver's license in Korean to Vietnamese, at the people's commitee building on Le Duan St.

you can go to the committee near the Notre dame church and mine passport and driving licence for 3 copies each cost me 220,000 vnd
