Charity Shops in Gozo

Post new topic

kaotik_raven

Hi

Sadly my father passed away on Friday and I going to have to clear out his flat before returning to the UK.  Some of it I will sell to friends etc but I thought I could take things like clothes/crockery etc to charity.  Can someone please tell me if there are any charity shops in Gozo?  or charities that will take such items?

Thanks in advance.

Hi sorry for your loss. Yes there are a few. To make life easier why don't you take photos of everything your selling and put it on facebay chat. Also you can give away things for free.

And you can also ask any questions you need on there too

Thank you for your reply.  I have considered Facebay but thought it would be easier to dispose of lots of items in one go by giving to a shop.

You could do a one day sale at the house/flat. My friend did and they sold the lot with in 4hours. Good luck naomi

The AFDA (Ability for Disability Association) charity shop is always looking for donations. It's in the shopping arcade between St George's Square and the side entrance to Roma. Opening hours are 9am till noon, Mon - Sat.  Facebook link - https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php? … 1002858972

There is a charity shop just down from the police station in Republic Street, Victoria.
