Yes, fortunately 'Trick or Treat' has not spread to the islands!   

There must be some form of celebration as the shops are full of Halloween costumes for kids!

Depends whereabouts you are? Popeye Village & Manoel Island seem to have large events but smaller things going on all over it seems

Swieqi is full of trick or treaters over halloween - halloween is a big deal in Swieqi
