planning summer trip looking to relocate need answers

Post new topic

Mississippi2015

I'm a seasonal worker that travels and when I'm not working my savings take a great hit. Looking to see what is the best option for me. I'm Mexican but haven't returned since I was 5 cause of legal statues but I just became a us citizen.  Wife is Caucasian and my 4 year old.
Things that are important  to me,
when I have to travel to the states, is it going to be safe for my family to be  by themselves?
School cost of a bilingual school? Would love for my kid to learn spanish.
cost for a simple 2 or 3 bd in safe area?
And finally, is San Miguel a great fit for my English speaking wife that is only 32? I'd like for her to feel comfortable

I pay 700 rent in USD for 2 bd house.
So I would wanna keep it around or below that

I'm also open to new suggestions, have read online of Americans in ajijic, cuernavaca, guanaguato, ect, thanks

There r about 15,000 Americans living in SMA. There is a bilingual school in colonia San Antonio Academia International and cost is about $250/month. Rents are comparable to US. Perfectly safe for wife and kid. U should be able to find work in SMA. My wife and I have been visiting SMA for ten yrs and are U.S. Citizens building a house in SMA.
Buen Viaje!
