Hi,

There will be a ban for a new work permit if you happen to leave the job within the first 2 years . This is applicable to everyone in any and all job roles.

However, there a couple of ways to avoid a ban and continue for another job. Clink on this Article and you will be able to get the idea of how the ban /avoid ban thing works.
