I respectively ask you question that I been London last 7 year as over stayer I was applied human right application in London but refused there.
so my life is seriously in danger in my country Pakistan I moved now here by the way, So Can I apply Asylum Application in here?

You should have applied for asylum as soon as you arrived in London. As you are now an over stayer in UK you will not be able to get asylum in Italy.
