Pakistani Passport Renewal And NICOP (ID CARD)

Hi Everyone,
I need new passport and its going to be expired in few months and wont be able to travel without it.

I dont have NICOP(New Electronic ID card) with me. Will Pakistani embassy be able to renew my passport with old NIC ?
and how much will be the cost for urgent passport renewal and NICOP if necessary.

my visa cancel from one year, now i lost my passport, so is it possible to apply new passport ?

You will have to report lost passport to the police and then take that report to the Pakistan Embassy. But since you are illegal, that may be a problem.
