Hello everyone,

Living in Angola provides countless occasions to browse local newspapers, listen to local radio stations or watch local TV shows. As everywhere else in the world, local media play a key role in informing the public.

What are the major media in Angola? Which one do you use on a regular basis?

How do you keep up with international issues (newspapers, radio, TV, Internet)?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Angola's culture is vibrant and its present in the lives of everyone that lives in Angola.

Its amazing how a country after 46years of war and loosing almost 3/4 of its productive capacity  is being able to make a difference today in the lives of Angolans and foreigners living here.

I love this country and hope that Angola can make a difference, regardless of present sircunstances (Petro Oil crisis) I really hope for the best.

As for Media, In would name the main news papers: Jornal de Angola, Jornal de Noticias, Expancao, Jornal Economico etc.

As for TV there are 3 main channels TPA 1&2 and Zimbo, Banda TV, etc.

Radio: Lac, Radio Nacional, Radio despertar, radio catolica, radio Luanda etc

Internet Channels: most of the above are available on the internet

Thanks
