Hi, I would like to find out the waiting period for Visa's I received an offer letter from Etihad airways in july I applied through an agency called waitred. But it is taking way to long. Any help would be great they advised its a big group not just me.

Oh and I am South African. All medicals were done the agency keeps saying the Visa is almost done.

Your work permit has to be approved after the security check. Then your employer will submit the visa. Normally, it will take 14 working days for the approval. But, the security clearance will take time. As per your quote, the clearance is already done, so you can expect your visa soon. Best of luck.
