I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me what the legal working age is in Kuwait?

as i know 21 years old if the legal age for the person and he will be responsible in every action he do

Hi ceegee,
According to your nationality "As a foreigner" you will be hired under "Employment contract" linked to "The private sector labor law" regarding to this, The legal working age is starting from 18 years old - to unlimited "according to facility needs" (does not subject to work in government sector law) which is limiting employees age by 60 years maximum.

How about the maximum age to work? I see some conflicting notes on 60 and 65. I am 58, hence if it is 60 it is too late for me! Thanks,
