Can somebody please help me out where I will get the Pehla subscription in Tripoli.
I would like to know the name of the shop if possible with any landmark nearby.

There are some shops on the opposite side of AMAN BANK (this is the landmark) which is based in Gurji. It is on the far side and if you go in there and ask for PEHLA packages, they will give you details.

Pehla packages available in different rates - basic, silver etc...
