Hello as per my experience
There's no magic way to come to Canada, everyone who came here or who genuinely want to immigrate here have to go through the same process...which is  basically seek the informations to know which program is adequate to you and your actual situation ,file all the forms required, pay the necessary fees and wait  for the outcome .... as much as CIC website seems overwhelming it's  the best place to get all the informations you require and the forms to be filled etc ...unless you have money to book a immigration consultant .
Again nothing is granted you have to do your homework....no one will do it for you....we can only give you advices but it is up to you to follow them.
Good luck.
Krysia.
