P*** Phone and Internet Company

Anyone fed up with the lack of quality of service you get from P*** and their Internet?  I'm looking now for a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit against them.  We pay for 24 hour service, but this is a joke, as the Internet is on and off all day long.  And we are charged for this service.  Not any more just watch....

I think it depends on the location. I applied several times before my DSL connection was fixed. The speed is ok when I am in Bacolod but when I get to Sipalay city, it's nothing good to talk about. I have the opportunity to be in PLDT and Globe offices and all they say is the signal is based on locations.
I think there's more room for improvement. The communication networks can do better.
