Hi everyone,

My wife and I have been throwing around the idea of starting a locally produced baby food business targeting expat families (as we know many viet families have maids).

It would be a subscription service, delivering safe, tasty, nutritious blends of fruit, vege and some animal protein.

Vacume packed meals, microwavable, tested on our son and family friends.

Just wanted to put the idea out there and see if anyone would be interested in a service like this?

If you intended to aim at a tiny market you have to be sure those people will go for your product.
The only way you can make money on low volume is high profit, and that'll limit your market even more.
Producing food is easy enough and won't be that to set up a simple production facility but vacpac machines could well be expensive.
