Has anyone used a buyers agent? If so what was your experience and who was the agent or agency. Thinking about buying home in Corozal. My name is Dannie Robertson. Thank you

Hi Dannie, I am a Buyers Agent, but do not work Corozal. A Buyers Agent works for you to get you the best deal. Most Realtors work for the seller, so they want to get the best deal for the seller. Usually you have to sign a contract with the agent to represent you. Good Luck and welcome to Belize.

Get yourself a reputable attorney, I have found prices that range from $400 to well over $1000 US -depending on the price of the land or home if you are buying property. They handle everything soup to nuts and most are open to negotiation on their fee. Referrals on here or when in Belize can be worth their weight in gold.
