Fahasa is your best bet, aside from torrents. I did a quick search and was only able to find the CD-ROM. PM me if you want it.

There's a Fahasa in Lottemart, D7. The better ones are at 40 Nguyen Hue Street, D1 and 387 - 389 Hai Ba Trung, D3.
