What counts as valid ID in Norway for foreigners, other than passport?

I just saw on UDI/Politi that residence card isn't considered as valid ID and I don't have a driving license either. I just feel like it's hassle to always bring the passport all the time. I know some banks includes your photo on the card, but I think they kind of discontinued doing this? I think. Hmm. Anyone can share their experience about this. :)

I opened an account (Visa Debit) with DNB on Feb-March 2017 but the card dont have pic and personal info at the back. My husband has been a DNB client and he has the visa debit with an ID at the back so he talked to the bank and asked if I can get it too. I was able to get a new visa debit card with an ID and it was free of charge. DNB said that soon they are going to stop giving a card with ID so I was lucky to get one. I have no idea with other banks though.
