Car mechanic needed

Greetings

I'm looking for an honest car mechanic in the Quatre Bornes or Curepipe area, have had many bad experiences with mechanics ripping me off, I have a '05 Honda civic that needs to have front seat belts installed (i have already purchased the seat belts) I've already been to 5 garages but none of them do seat belts for some reason. Any help will be much appreciated.
