Sportswear Manufacturer in Vietnam

Hi,

i am looking for a sportswear manufacturer in Hi Chi Minh City or Hanoi.

my aim is to start a table tennis brand in Malaysia which currently is none.

as i am a small starter, i am looking at a very small budget price with reasonable quality.

I wonder if the manufacturer in Vietnam can assist to design a logo and some simple design.

just looking at round / V neck Dri Fit microfiber material.

I just came back from Ho Chi Minh City and i found a lot of this material tees is branded as under armour, Nike etc - similar to these quality and design.

quantity for start up maybe range at 1,000 pieces with different colors and sizes, hopefully can be for both male and female.

your assistance and advise is much appreciated.

should i have some good recommendation, i will make another trip here.
