In california there we Got websites where they put the exacts details house pictures and piece ect I needed something like that

Did u check the site? First check then post your comment.

One important thing to note, a foreigner can't take lease a flat or house here unless you have got your Singapore employment pass. So, if you are coming here for a short term work or onsite work less than a year, then make sure your employment pass should have 1yr validity in order for you to eligible to sign a lease contract.
