Switching company and how to process the working permit

Post new topic

Hi everyone!
Does anybody know how to process working permit in Turkey? How do I switch from one company to the other?
When is the right time for my old boss to cancel my working permit so I can transfer to the new one without any problem?

Ideally, one should switch to a new company once the current contract is up. After that, depending on the terms and conditions, the work permit can be cancelled by your employer accordingly.

You should find reliable detailed information by contacting Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Turkey directly so that you are not mislead by any leading statements.

Good luck
