Can someone please give me advice regarding this matter...

I just gave birth and unfortunately, my husband will be sent home and we still did not manage to process our childs birth certificate, passport and iqama. We dont know what to do, we tried to make an appointment from MOI but they did not allowed us. They ask us to come back after Ramadan. What can we do? I am hoping for you advice regarding this matter. Thank you

Consult your embassy, they will prepare a sort of traveling document for you.

Go there, you will find some people sitting under umbrella in front of main gate. They will get appointment by 20 SAR

We went there maybe 2x but they still did not accept us. But the guard told us to go 8am and we usually arrive there at 11am. Do we need to be early sir?

We will try once more going to there earlier and if we will still be ignored, we will go to our embassy. Thank you for the help
