Im looking for furnished classroom for rent in District 7.

Zepo

Just find an empty room/office

Buy 10 (or 20 or whatever) foldup desk chairs. (A good brand is Hoa Phat). I think about 400k dong each. So 4 mill dong for 10.

A whiteboard (for a large one, around 1 million dong, including installation)

If you have a computer/laptop with VGA or HDMI out, buy a decent sized TV (with the right connections, of course) for presentations.

A handheld mouse wouldn't hurt either.

Make that a small LED projector (LG make an excellent 500 lumens unit)
The things are small enough to drop into your bag so can be used anywhere and you can take it with you after class so not lost in the event of a break in.

For wireless mouse, read powerpoint presenter with laser.
