Hi Everyone,

I just want to seek an advice what to do regarding my case. I am married to Portuguese for almost 8 years. But unluckily it's not working because I'm here in the Philippines and he got another woman in Portugal. We have 1 son, his turning 7 on September. All I need to know is how I can ask for the right support for our son. His father is not calling him, he will send 300 or 400 euros in 1 year only during his birthday but prior to that I will thousand times remind him. I don't like to beg for the right of my son where in fact his other woman is enjoying all the time. I want an annulment but he told me I will be the one to pay. He never register our marriage in Portugal. I just want to have a fair life. Please l need your help and advice regarding this matter. Thank you so much.

Portuguese laws are really tricky and they change all the time Applebees.
I would suggest to contact a lawyer to get a proper solution.
