immigrant @ want to move (Saudi Arabia to Canada)

Hi,
i would like to move Canada as a expatriate or any other way .i have been working KSA number of years in some prestigious company.due to different condition now in here i think i couldn't establish
my carrier ..
Hence , now i am thinking i should move any other country and i like the country Canada most .but i dont know the process how to start .(please help me on this regard)

NOte:
currently : i live in riyadh (saudi arabia)
working a retail company
