New to KL - advice on helper

Hi - We are new to KL and are in urgent need of a full time helper. Can people here please advice on what is the best way to hire one? The ones that I have spoken to (directly), want to take the weekend off (Saturday and Sunday) to work part-time, is that ok/and a norm? I am ok with giving them the Sunday off, but not very sure about Saturday as well.

Does anyone here have any references/knows anyone who is willing to work as a live in full time, please let us know. We are a loving family of four - a couple and two kids, and are looking for someone to be part of our family. Thanks.
