Shipping to Guayaquil

Hi all,
I would like to know your experience with shipping your personal belongings in Ecuador. More precisely, what are the cost of port terminal handling (THC) in Guayaquil?
... and no, my transit/moving agent cannot tell me. It is not included in the 5 different quotes received from different companies. And when I ask... they don't know and cannot find out even if their lives depended on it.
So how much did it cost you? And for how many cubic feet?
