Hello everyone,

Were your professional qualifications recognised in Portugal? What country did you complete your qualifications in? What profession are you in?

Did you have to go through any formalities to get your qualifications recognised, such as to have them translated?

If your qualifications weren't recognised, were there any additional tests or exams you had to complete before you were able to practice your profession in Portugal or continue with your studies?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Hi..,
I`m waiting for 12 months for my equivalency so I`m not allowed to continue my studies in any way.
I can`t apply to university or even to a professional school.

I am from Sri lanka and we don`t have an embassy or a consulate here in Portugal. That`s why it`s been late but I don`t know why they take this much time.

For additional exams or tests also require the equivalency.

I am a freelancer and I have my own business, so I guess recognition of my qualifications is not required.

Thanks
