Could you give us more details on exactly what special requirements your school is getting from immigration?
Other forum members, especially the teachers, can then discuss this issue in details and give you helpful suggestions from their experience.
In fact, it's the The Dept. of Labor, Invalid and Society, not the Dept. of Immigration which is responsible for issuing a work permit to a foreigner in Vietnam.
