I am still on search on landing a full time teaching job here to no avail. Anyone who can suggest or help me? All I had so far are just part time. TIA

Look for opportunities in the neighboring provinces like Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, MKD etc.
Also try in the public schools rather than in language centers.
Good luck!

As has been mentioned in the other thread ILA are hiring at the moment, get in touch with them.

I tried. They only hire natives they said.

Thanks a bunch for the advise!!

Have you got the relevant qualifications? If so, post an ad in the jobs section saying you're looking. People are quite fast to message you.

Teaching in VN is different from other countries. Full time teaching jobs are fairly rare here. Almost all schools employ teachers on a part-time hourly-paid basis. Some places may have a full-time DOS or head teacher but that's about it.

The best thing to do is try to find an employer (for example, a primary/secondary school) that can give you a lot of classes regularly, or several schools that are close to each other and don't overlap in terms of the schedule.

The benefit for teachers is that you can easily leave a school that's not treating you well and focus on the one's that do.  The best strategy is to network extensively in person and on social media, and search on the internet for 'vietnam teaching jobs'. Maximize your opportunities and then pick and choose the best ones.

Good luck!

Well, are you a NES? Probably not - making it that much harder for obvious reasons.

Have you got any job interviews?

Are you looking at rural job offers as well?

Few will hire a stranger based on a brief "Skype interview".

Are you sure you're old enough to be a teacher?

Try to use apostrophes, Teach.

I believe it could well be time to get a beer and popcorn ready as this thread is likely to head in the usual direction.

As I'm not a teacher of English so I can happily ignore grammar Nazis but it's a good idea for those intending to teach to be able to use the language they intend to be a teacher of.

Oh no, Fred is correct, 'grammar nazi' is the proper internet nomenclature. See definition.
It isn't a real nazi, related more to soup nazi than a member of the German National Socialist Party.
