Hi I need some advice on how I get my money back from a friend who owe me back home in Philippines,he said he will use it for business and I lend him 400k pesos,I don't know if the business is legal and have papers or legal documents about it,and now my friend told me that the business is gone,and now my friend is trying to avoid talking to me,what should I do?thank you for you advice in advance.

Your case is very simple, you lost 400k, that is all, my advise never lend to a friend or family again, or you will lose again and again.
