yes it is possible to extend the exit & re-entry visa. but you will need support from your employer. your GRO will have to visit MOFA and get an extension and then your dependent can travel with that paper.

Anyone has a successful procedure for extension of exit re entry in saudi arabia? My husband is in the kingdom and had a letter from his sponsor to allow my re entry to extend and it has already stamp from the ministry. After that they advice my husband to send the letter from my place of origin where im currently staying. But is their other way that my husband can finish the processing there in the kingdom?

I just experienced the renewal of family Expired Exit Re-entry. Below are the steps.

1)Employer should write a letter in Arabic to the name of Saudi embassy where you will apply visa in your country, by mentioning employee name and few details and will request to extend your wife visa by mentioning details of wife (name, iqama no and passport no etc).
2) After Employer stamps the letter, it must be attested from Chamber of Commerce.
3) You need to visit Jawazaat and ask them to provide you Jawazaat PRINT, they will see your iqama and will give you a print having details of you and your family.
4) Visit MOFA and get letter attested from them by showing them iqama copies, Jawazaat print etc.
5) Send all documents to home country and apply Extend Visa through authorized agent.

I have collected these documents but Etimad officve is asking Muqeem Letter from Jawazat. Please check below.

1- Jawazat Print ( I have)
2- Compnay Letter ( I have attested )
3- Muqeem Letter ( I have from Company not from Jawazat)
4- Medical Letter translated in to Arabic
5- First Visa  page copy when he land to KSA ( I have).

I went two times to Jawazat and jawazat informed me that He can not give muqeem letter as Visa is expired.

Is the visa is issued from KSA or from Etimad Office in Pakistan.?

Eitmad was also asking one more letter from Jawazaat but i told them to submit above mentioned documents on my behalf and i will be responsible for the visa rejection. They ask me to give them undertaking, i gave and they applied. Visa successfully stamped without that Jawazaat paper which eitmad was asking. you can try the same

We applied via VIP lounge by paying 11000 PKR. No visa fee was paid as 2000SAR i paid after arriving in kingdom before issuing iqama. Visa was stamped within one week.

that's surprising for me... i want to extend exit reentry visa for my family and i have been told that i need to apply visa through visa.mofa.gov. sa and fill the application form and follow the process as written there... but the procedure told is different... can any one elaborate this? thanks.

I had tried online procedure for extention. When it didn’t work, i went to MOFA and they told me to follow manual procedure. then I followed manual procedure as told earlier.

MOFA not approving online application.

brother can u tell me that when u submitted online application, at that time did u submit only online filled form or submitted supporting documents like jawazat print as well to coc? thanks.

Only online application to COC. COC approved application with their stamp but it was not appearing at MOFA website with issued visa.
