What is your expectation in relation to cheap?

A general suggestion to ponder FWIW.
D10 is in the very middle of the city. You won't want to commute one hour+ from the distant, rustic countryside 2x/day because "noisy hectic polluted traffic choked experience ".
So you might want to live near work.

There are some parks, live near a park. It is amazing how the road noise level drops when walking just 20 meters into a park.
You might want to live in a hem instead of on a busy street.
A hem that is a dead end, with minimal roosters, screaming kids, cock fights, drunken gamblers. I think a good hem beats a boring tower apartment.
