I need to hire a top lawyer concentrating on the employment law to handle a payment dispute with a local company. Any recommendations?

Lawyers here are very untrustworthy, if the amount is anything under 50 million you may be wasting your time.

I had a friend who dismissed his cook after years of being blackmailed and stealing.
The VN chef took my friend to unfair dismissal, even though the chef was being paid 100% above what he was worth he still wanted to screw my friend for more. It cost my friend 300 million to sort the problem out. The lawyers will generally collude with a local before trying to help you.

It seems the OP is looking to get paid by the local company (who would be the employer).

Labor law in Vietnam is employee-friendly, so there may be a good chance for the OP to claim through a lawyer.
