I have working permit but I did not finish the contract because I need to go home emergency. If I want to go back here in Turkey, how can I apply Resident Permit?

When u enter Turkey on WORK VISA,

it is possible to transfer to RESIDENCE PERMIT only after you complete 5 months of social security premium payment.

How can I do that transferring from working to residence permit and where can I apply for that and how much is the expenses of that transfer.

Because according to other Filipino here there is no ttansfer from working to residence now.

Could I ask you the link where can I apply residence visa?
