I have recieved an offer to work in singapore.
What all medical tests are required for the pass?

You had asked same question through PM. Please see my below response:

I would suggest to reach out HR for more details then tell your case and same time try to get a certificate from the concern doctor at your place that you are fit and can work without any issue.

Here, doctor do check up your HIV test, malaria, dengue, other viral symptoms which can be easily spread. For more details about medical screen test, visit below MoM website:
