My passport name is Aye Minn Thu but my academic certificate name is Aye Min Thu. It can effect to apply in spass? Can anyone advise to me? Thanks a lot.

Seek a written confirmation from embassy that both name are belongs to you.

Normally, S pass name will appear as per your passport (not as per your certificate).

This discrepancy should have been spotted and corrected by you earlier, as you know it will create unnecessary trouble. Good luck

Thanks  :)

Thanks in advance.

You should check at your embassy. Once embassy issue a change of name letter, then there is no need of notary or any other approval.
