Hello everyone,

We will be making our way to Malaysia next week.. staying initially in KL and then to Labuan before heading elsewhere as we wait for our visas .. just a question

What is the best mobile phone plan.. prepaid or postpaid that enables good deals for international calling and data?

Firstly as an expat you need to pay a large deposit and will need your work permit.

My advice avoid celcon. And I mean con.....

Most have monthly payg packages that are ok.
