I have been plannning to move to SMD for some time.  Unfortunately, the reports coming out of the State Department have been a bit scary. I am a 75 year old woman in pretty good health, but I guess I’d still  be vulnerable. What do you think?

I'm moving to SMA in April. I was very concerned about safety.  I have realized that no
city is perfectly safe.  I feel safer in SMA than in some parts of Philadelphia.  Take precautions
and you should be ok.  I've heard a large dog is very helpful!

Dear katesparks,
Thank you so much for your reply. As it happens I have a very big dog! He’s a golden doodle. He’s not even a year and he’s well on his way to 80 pounds. C u in SMA!
