Hello everyone

Is anyone know that can directly contact with MOM to know status details...???? Bcoz I have applied through EA By employer....so I didn't get IPA till now...they told me application approved by MOM on March 23rd...!!!! Can directly contact MOM Without know these by employer and EA????

surya2k

What’s the purpose of your direct contact to MoM? If the only reason is to know the status (which you can check online to confirm that it’s approved or not) or to check whether IPA letter is issued or not (IPA letter normally issued within a week of your pass approval). So, in both cases you can find out without reaching MoM. But if the employer is not providing you IPA letter then there could be several reasons (e.g. They don’t want to pursue further with you OR hired a local OR hired an employee with lesser pay package etc.) in that situation as an employee you have very limited scope to do, other than to find a new employer who has good ethics and culture. Good luck

Note: You may reach out employer directly to know whether they have received IPA letter or not, if not then wait. If yes they have received then request them to send it asap. If they don’t then their intention is clear  (already mentioned above - what could be), you know what to do.

Yes, you can reach out MoM with your Passport number and other personal information then request MoM officer to provide the status of the application. Good luck

Will I have any prblm faced from employer or EA in this application to directly contact to MOM? Because it was applied by employer through agency...

surya2k

No, you are just asking for your application status to MoM, there should not have an issue at employer.

You keep sending me the exact same questions as private messages that you posr here. Please stop this, as it causes double work and double trouble for the goodwilling volunteers on this site.
There is no requirement to have a mobile phone or to be in Singapore, neither to call MoM nor to send them a message as Surya described above. Both is really easy. If you cannot figure it out, we cannot help you further. But you may aprroach your employer’s HR to clarify your questions with MoM.
