Hello, I have been living in Costa Rica for 5 years. I wanted to find a different forum thats has no commercial interest, unlike the ARCR forum. I was banned from that forum twice for not agreeing with the moderators, mainly Paul. So, maybe it will be better here.

ARCR is the the association of residents of Costa Rica. Paul is the main moderator. Very - and doesn't like to be disagreed with, hence I was banned twice. I notice some of the same users here.
