Hi! I recently bought items from USA and used USPS as my courier to send me my package here in Bahrain.
I would like to ask for your opinions or experiences if Bahrain Post is reliable as they say? And will I receive my package on my doorstep or they'll contact me to pick it up on the nearest post office?

Generally sending through Bahrain post is better than receiving. People have had varying experiences to my knowledge.
They may deliver or they may call you depending on factors such as customs clearance and so on. Depends on what the goods are.
