Residency conundrum

Post new topic

zzbr

I am going to move to Cph soon for at least a year. I have two jobs in Romania in the public sector, but I have managed to keep these jobs and to be still on the payroll (do not ask me how) for the next year. I want to obtain the residence permit in Denmark, to stay for more than 3 months. I do not want to work in Denmark in the year I am staying, but in the long future I will adapt and get a job in the medical system; just not for a year. I can show the 10,000euro in my bank account. Do you think this can be enough to get the residence permit? I do not want to get into a conundrum to interfere with my other 2 jobs if you know what I mean. Any suggestions? I have rented an ap., I can then obtain the CPR, but this is not crucial. Yeah I know, a little weird situation... but love makes you do weird things...

The very best will be to put the question to www.statsforvaltningen.dk. They can tell you about praxis.
