My wife(65) and I (66) have bought a house near Bodrum and will move there on a permanent basis from July 2018.
We know that we don't need health insurance to apply for a residency visa. However we would like to have medical cover until we qualify for SGK. Can someone please direct us as to to where to get help please?

hi bobby,
this is not my branch but i still think that medical cover means healt insurance, private or non-private, doesnt matter. in case you ask for free health care support from state, you cannot get it unless you complete yr stuff about sgk. until then you will need a short term private health insurance, i think..

actually i live in istanbul but i m in bodrum now, will return to istanbul soon and be back to bodrum in july again. keep in touch..
