Best season to move to Morocco

Post new topic

Priscilla

Hello,

Many expats choose to move to Morocco at a specific time of the year, and we invite you to share some tips about the best seasons to move to the country.

What is the best season/time of the year to move to Morocco, and why?

How do rent prices fluctuate based on the different seasons?

Is there a change in the job market depending on the seasons, such as job availability?

Are there any seasonal festivals or cultural events that would allow you to learn about the country?

What are the times of year to avoid for expatriation to Morocco?

During which season did you move? How did it go?

Thank you for sharing your experience,

Priscilla

I'm not sure many people have preferences as to when to move. This also depends on your situation and if you have the choice or luxury to select when to move.
Personally I moved to Morocco in October because I didn't want to spend another cold winter in Canada.
For me it also was perfect as Morocco is very busy in the summer with tourists.
I prefer stay away from crowds which is why I like El jadida. It's a small town and not too crowded. People are laid back and easygoing unlike the big cities of noise, traffic and everyone's in a rush.
