Best neighborhoods

Post new topic

Hello,
My husband and I are strongly considering moving abroad and San Miguel is on our short list.  We are hoping to make it out there in a few months to scope things out, and I'm wondering some of the best neighborhoods we should check out for housing.

Thanks!
Sonie

Hi Sonie,

About your questions regarding neighborhoods in San Miguel, it really depends on what you are looking for.
Safety isn't an issue on San Miguel if you follow simple and logic instructions.
Then price both for rentals or to buy a property depends on how close they are to centro, conditions and of course the views.
There are areas still quite mixed (American Mexican) like San Rafael or Obraje that are quite affordable, as always depends on budget and what you are looking for.
If you need more information I wouldn't be happy to reply.

Have a great weekend!
