Spass Pending for 9 calendar days

Post new topic

Hi All,

My Spass was applied last June 18,2018 and still pending up to now.
On the contract I signed with the company, my start date would be July 2,2018.

I knew that the processing time for Spass application would take up to 3weeks.
The 3rd week of the application would be July 9,2018.

I would like to confirm if I got it right, that it is not allowed to work without Spass.
And so, I will not be able to start on the 2nd of July if in any case the pass will not be approve until June 29,2018.

Thanks for your help.

Please read related threads about how long a work pass application process takes.
Your company should know that three weeks is not enough in most cases and thus probably does not expect you to really start on 2.Jul.
And: Under NO circumstances should you start work before the S-Pass is approved and issued!

Thanks Beppi.

we're two days apart mine was applied on 20th, still pending on my boss/mom end. In my end I can't find it "no record found".

I can see it even using my passport number and name, then on the next page passport number again.

Hoping for the best for us :)
