UK Citizen and US Spouse living in UK thinking of Canada

Post new topic

stuwoolf

My US wife and I married in Scotland last December. Due to an error with vise she had to return to the US and apply for a UK Spouse visa. This was issued May 2018.  She moved to Scotland in June 2018 where we now live. My wife has permission to live and work in UK for 33 months and then reapply for a further 33 months and on completion of 60 months can apply for Indefinate Leave to Remain.

However I have grave concerns with the outcome of Brexit and we are considering our options. Canada could be an option.

Neither of us know anything about Canadian immigration and seek advice and guidance.

Is it possible for us to move to Canada?

Thanks for any help given.
